Spring, Texas – August 4th, 2017: On August 01, 2017, deputies from Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s office responded to the Target Store located at 19511 North Freeway in reference to a theft.

Upon arrival, store employees had Kealie Montgomery detained for stealing $170.00 worth of baby formula. Further investigation revealed that the suspect had a large quantity of formula inside of her vehicle worth over $1500.00. During an interview with Constable Deputies, the suspect admitted that over the last few days she had gone to Target, Kroger and Randall’s stores and concealed formula in a small baby carrier and walked out without paying.
