Cold Front Could Bring Line Of Severe Storms Through Spring

Spring, Texas – March 7th, 2017: There’s a potential for severe weather in Harris County this afternoon. According to the National Weather Service (NWS), widespread rainfall amounts of 1-2 inches are possible through the early evening hours. Afternoon commute could be affected. The chance for gusty winds, quarter-sized hail, and even a brief tornado are not out of the question. The storms should move out of the Houston area by Tuesday evening.
